Malaysia's INIX Tech signs distribution deal with Australia's Consolidated

INIX Technologies Holdings Bhd said it has entered into an exclusive two-year distribution deal with Australia-based Consolidated Pte Ltd, appointing it as the sole distributor of INIX's integrated home security system in overseas markets.

In a stock exchange filing, the company said Consolidated has agreed to purchase 9,000 systems during the term of the distribution agreement.

The estimated value of consolidated sales is in the region of 16 mln rgt, the company added.
