INIX to raise RM10.14m

Mesdaq Market-bound INIX Technologies Holdings Bhd expects to raise about RM10.14 million from its listing exercise for future expansion in its product capabilities and for research and development.

The technology company develops intelligent home systems. The initial public offering closes on Aug 18 and the listing is tentatively scheduled for early September.

The listing exercise involves an offer of 14.49 million 10 sen shares at 70 sen each, comprising a public issue of 2.85 million shares for application by the public, 4.99 million shares for selected investors by way of private placement and 6.65 million shares for directors, employees, and business associates.
