Mr. Jimmy Tok, CEO & Founder of iNix and Datuk Dr. Samad, Chairman of MAVCAP (wholly owned by the Minister of Finance Inc.) came together to sign an agreement making iNix one of MAVCAP’s portfolio companies. The shareholders of PC Sentry Sdn Bhd are also shareholders of iNix Technologies Sdn Bhd.

On 12th June, 2003, iNix was able to showcase and present a brief presentation to the 2nd Finance Minister, Datuk Jamaludin Mohd. Jarjis at MAVCAP's office in Kuala Lumpur.

iNix Technologies Sdn Bhd, a progressive ICT company, officially launched it’s new product Secure Smith during MAVCAP’s (Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad) showcase Monday in concurrence with the launching of CIP (Cradle Investment Program) by Y.A.B Dato?Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad at the Ministry of Finance.

On 16th Oct 2003, iNix Technologies managed to secure a second round of financing from MAVCAP. The funds will be utilized partly for working capital and further development and marketing of Secure Smith.

iNix participated in the COMDEX Falls from 17-20 Nov 2003 held at the Las Vegas Convention Centre. We were invited by Multimedia Development Corporation to showcase our smart security and automation solutions at the Malaysia Pavilion together with 13 others Malaysian companies.

Themed as Caravan Malaysia 2003, iNix participated in the Malaysian products exhibition, which was held in Bahrain from 29 November to 1 December 2003.

Representation from iNix Technologies, Ms. Elise Lau Chui Leh and Ms. Emily Chang Chin Li, both marketing executives, went to Perth, Australia to show our support for our Australian Partner, Xtreme Logistics at the iDeal Home and Computer Expo, which was held at the Burswood Convention Centre from 27th February till 1st March 2004.

iNix was invited by our developer - Proton City Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (PCDC) to attend their launching of Residential & Commercial Area in Parcel, 19 and 20. The launching was held on 16th March 2004 in Proton City ? City of the Future, Tanjung Malim, Perak.

Multimedia Development Corporation, the organiser for the Malaysian ICT companies for CeBit, extended an invitation to iNix Technologies to attend the event. Chief Technical Officer, Cheong Kok Yai, and programmers, Chan Wai Mun and Ng Chee Kien went to Shanghai for the event on behalf of iNix.

Held in conjunction with the creation of the National Innovation Council, iNix had the chance to participate in the National Innovation Summit 2004.

Organized by Malaysian Venture Capital Association (MVCA), Bursa Malaysia, McKinsey & Co and Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), the Venture Accelerate 2003 closing awards ceremony was held at the Renaissance Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on 30th August 2004.

Oct 21, iNix Technologies Sdn Bhd was recognized for its achievement in the field of IT Business Excellence Year 2004 by the Malaysia Canada Business Council. Their CEO, Mr Jimmy Tok accepted the award from the Canada Trade Commissioner HE Melyvn McDonald at a prestigious awards presentation ceremony.
